Bio for Dr. Bill Clark, Ph.D.
Dr. Bill is an entrepreneur and the Founder & Creator of HALO™ Leaf of Life and the developer of the HALO™ and Natrience™ product lines. He has been working in the field of natural products and nutritional supplements for many years holding executive level positions with PharmaPrint as Director of Research & Development and with an International nutritional supplement company as VP of Product Development & Regulatory Affairs. He has been instrumental in bringing many nutritional supplements to market in the U.S., Canada, U.K., Japan, New Zealand & Australia all the way from formula development to commercial launch. His product launch with PharmaPrint delivered to market 6 new products - Centrum Herbals - for American Home Products (Wyeth) resulting in sales of over $150 million first year retail. His technical expertise covers research & development, product formulation & development, regulatory affairs & compliance, QA/QC, project management, and manufacturing of nutritional supplements. Dr. Bill holds a B.A. in Chemistry, Masters of Science in Chemistry and a Ph.D. in Natural Products Chemistry from the University of California Santa Cruz. Dr. Bill is a published author, teacher & lecturer in his field.
To Dr. Bill’s friends he is known as “The Renaissance Man” since he has done a variety of different things in his life from construction work and managing restaurants to developing nutritional supplements. He has been married to his lovely wife Penny of nearly 20 years and they have two children Christine (age 14) and Connor (age 10). They currently reside in Dallas/Fort Worth, TX. Dr. Bill enjoys the outdoors and is an active leader with his son’s Scout Pack. He is skilled at open fire cookery and is equally competent in the indoor kitchen as a chef. The Clarks love to entertain and their friends have dubbed their home “Chez Bill’s”. Dr. Bill scuba dives, does woodworking, is a tri-athlete and also practices pilates and yoga. He is an intuitive with deep spiritual practices and enjoys playing the didgeridoo. For fun he loves to sing karaoke, produces his own songs under his label as “Dr. B” and has performed nationally on karaoke stages from Seattle to Key West. He has traveled the world including research expeditions to Papua New Guinea. Dr. Bill is known as “The HALO Maker” with his current focus on manifesting his vision for HALO™ Leaf of Life. Future plans include humanitarian efforts, a healing center and a research institute. His upcoming book titled “What Happens When Spirit Meets Science” chronicles his life long journey on the road to discovery through enlightenment to fulfill his life purpose of bringing revolutionary healing to the world.
